Our 4" x 8" photo cards are printed on 100lb card stock. These items are printed in color and include printing on both sides.

White #10 envelopes are included.

Have Chalk Line help you mail your cards out to your mailing list or have them shipped directly to you.**

• To ensure your item is printed correctly, please ensure that it follows the print template available here: 4x8 Photo Card Layout Template
• Recommended file format is PDF in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi or higher.  PDF files are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Other acceptable file formats include JPG/JPEG, PNG, Apple Pages, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Publisher.***

*These items cannot be personalized with your recipients' names due to production requirements. Please budget a minimum of 4 business days from when the order is placed to when it is mailed.  Item turnaround times may vary due to heavier volume during holiday periods.

***Items sent as Pages, Word, or Publisher files cannot ensure that formatting will remain unchanged. If you would like us to send a PDF proof for your review before printing, please include your request in the comments.

• Choose your order details from the available choices and upload your content, photo(s), and any additional documents as needed.
  Use the comment section to instruct our designers on creating your custom design or upload a text document with your instructions (Word, Pages, Text).
  • Please include your preferred return address as a part of your instructions.
  • If you are mailing your cards directly, please upload your mailing list.
• Add your chosen item to your cart.
• Review your cart and check out when you are ready. You will not be billed until your order has been reviewed and submitted to the print queue.
• A designer will send you a proof on your order timeline.
• Review the proof and send your designer any additional instructions/changes on your order timeline until the design is ready.
• Indicate the proof is approved and your order will be submitted to the production queue.
• Once the order is submitted to the production queue, the order details cannot be changed or modified.
