In-House Custom Letter Design, Mailed CLCustD - INHOUSE

Please read carefully. This item is ONLY for customers who require a NEW template on to be kept file with Chalk Line's design team and MAILED to their supporters.  

  • If you have a pre-designed template on file with Chalk Line's design team kept in-house and want to update that with new content and photos, and your design will be mailed to your supporters, please use this item: Update Existing Letter Design, Mailed
  • If your item requires our design team to create a brand-new design in Pages, Publisher, or Word, or you would like to have a brand new design that will NOT be mailed to your supporters, please use this item: Custom Letter Design - DESIGN ONLY

Chalk Line will design a custom letter template for you based off your ideas to be mailed to your current list of supporters. The template will be designed for 8.5" x 11" size paper and will be usable for future letters as well. The template will be created in Adobe Creative Suite and kept in house. 

There is an initial $34.99 design fee.  We will send a proof that will need to be approved before we start printing.

Design fee includes design services for a custom letter template set up in the following option:

  • In-House template created in Adobe Creative Suite, to be used for future in-house "Design Updates" @ $10.99 per Update Order.

Once approved, we will mail your letter to the address list provided by you. 

Turnaround time for custom design service is typically 2-3 business days. Order review is typically 1-2 business days. Production time for this item is 1-2 business days.*

*Please budget a minimum of 8 business days from when the order is placed to when it is mailed.  Item turnaround times may vary due to heavier volume during holiday periods. 

*Note: for Email-Add Ons, you may choose between a Static Email $7.99 (Exact copy of your letter converted into an email), or a Static Email PLUS $10.99 (Exact copy of your letter converted into an email, PLUS one hyperlink, links to social media, giving button added and introductory paragraph above letter.) For each recipient in your email list, there is a $0.03 sending fee. For additional options, please visit our separate Email Newsletter item.

Please include any instructions for your designer, including preferred colors, fonts, images, text, graphic placement or graphic element adjustments with your order. 

If you are including photos to be included in the template, please make sure they are high-resolution (300 dpi or higher). PNG or JPEG is preferred. Please submit photos as separate files (NOT in a Word or Pages document.) 

If you are including text to be included for your letter, please upload it as a text document (Word or Pages), NOT as a PDF.
