Chalk Line will design a custom letter template for you based off your ideas. This design will NOT be mailed; the final product will be sent to use for your use as needed.
The template will be designed for 8.5" x 11" size paper and will be usable for future letters as well. There is a one-time $75 design fee. We will send a proof that will need to be approved before the final design and any design assets will be sent to the customer.
Design fee includes design services for a one-time custom letter template set up in the following options:
- In-House template created in Adobe InDesign, to be used for future in-house "Design Updates" @ $10.99 per Update Order.
- Downloadable template created in your choice of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, or Apple Pages, to be used for future designs on your own computer and submitted to Chalk Line "ready to print".
Turnaround time for initial custom design proof is typically 2-3 business days. Please allow time for at least 1-2 rounds of revisions. Once approved, your design and design assets will be sent to you and you will be billed for the design. Order review is typically 1-2 business days.*
*Please budget a minimum of 8 business days from when the order is placed to when it is completed. Item turnaround times may vary due to heavier volume during holiday periods.

Please include any instructions for your designer, including preferred colors, fonts, images, text, graphic placement or graphic element adjustments with your order.
If you are including photos to be included in the template, please make sure they are high-resolution (300 dpi or higher). PNG or JPEG is preferred. Please submit photos as separate files (NOT in a Word or Pages document.)
If you are including text to be included for your letter, please upload it as a text document (Word or Pages), NOT as a PDF.
